在黄柏乡南部，双岗洋村距乡所在地14公里，辖双岗洋与山乾罗两个自然村。[1]

村名的来历是村前两座山突兀而立，之间另有一片洋地。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1934年，双岗洋村设有苏维埃政府。1965年设大队，1984年撤销大队，改设村民委员会。[1]

人口民族[edit]

全村共88户、331人，其中常住83人，流动258人，分为6个村民小组。群众主要姓氏为赵、陈、游、许；农民主要收入来自茶叶与太子参。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，双岗洋村获福建省爱卫办命名，称号为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
