山后村在黄柏乡西南部，与福安市接壤，离乡所在地22公里，只辖1个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1934年，山后村设有苏维埃政府。1980年改为山后大队；1984年撤销大队，转而设立村民委员会。[1]

人口民族[edit]

全村有2个村民小组，共69户296人；常住65人，流动人口231人（外出的有173人，季节性的有58人）。外流人口的九成集中在福安。群众主要姓氏为江姓，主要收入来自茶叶与太子参。[1]
