历史沿革[edit]
1935年划为长冠保，此保归菖蒲洋联保管辖；1940年归入菖宅乡体系，1944年换名石岩保，归武陵乡管辖。[1]
1950年设长冠乡，归第二区；1956年转入富溪区，1958年称长冠大队并属富溪公社，1965年改隶黄柏公社。1984年撤销大队，设村民委员会。[1]
人口民族[edit]
两个自然村的户数分别为160户与19户，人口分别为722人与79人，合计179户801人。群众多为游姓，主要收入是茶叶与太子参。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
游德坊（亭）以青石雕成仿木样式，始造于明万历年间（1573—1620年），原有1坊、3亭，现存1坊两亭的梁架主体，1983年列为首批柘荣县文物保护单位。[3][4]
村内还有游朴父母的古墓各一座，以及石牌坊一座、石亭一对，同为县级文物保护单位。[1]
文化[edit]
2019年6月，长冠村列入「第五批中国传统村落」名录；2024年6月，长冠村上榜「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」。[1][2]
