黄柏村位于柘荣县黄柏乡的乡政府驻地，村域内设4个自然村、11个村民小组。[1]

村中有中华游氏文化园，村民多为游姓，收入以茶叶与太子参为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的源头与宋初游氏先人的开基相关：游氏先人在上澳定居，上澳即今上黄柏，下澳则为下黄柏，因房舍建在下澳，遂得此名。[1]

1934年，本地设有黄柏乡苏维埃政府。此后隶属屡有变动：1935年设黄柏保，并入蒲洋联保；之后划归富蒲乡；1944年改称柏峰保。[1]

新中国成立后，1950年设黄柏乡，归第二区管辖；1958年改为黄柏大队，划入富溪公社；1961年转属黄柏公社。1984年大队撤销，此地设村民委员会。[1]

村内供奉的游仙姑被海峡两岸游氏共同尊奉。村中的火把节，俗称「爆火树」，已申报成功为市级非遗。[1][2]

村中建有游朴廉政教育基地。[1] 村中获得的荣誉有：「第五批中国传统村落」（2019年6月列入）、「福建省2018—2020年度省级文明村镇社区」（2021年2月上榜）、「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」（2022年10月认定）、「第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇」创建对象（2024年2月确定）、「2024年度福建省一村一品专业村」（中药材，2024年11月入选）、「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」（2025年11月认定）。[1]
