黄柏乡是福建省宁德市柘荣县下辖的乡，位于县境西南部，地处柘荣、霞浦、福安三县交界处，辖16个建制村。[1][2]

乡名出自《黄柏游氏族谱》序：因山巅多松柏，旧称「柏峰」，后演化为黄柏。[2] 乡内以太子参、茶叶为主导产业，明代官员游朴的故里在此，境内的中华游氏文化园是两岸游氏交流的场所。[1][3][9]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期此地属乡农会。1934年，红军在柘荣开辟新苏区，境内设立黄柏乡苏维埃政府，同时还有长冠、倒流水、蒲洋等地的苏维埃政府。[2][3]

1944年划属武陵乡，1950年设黄柏乡，隶属第二区。1958年归富溪公社，1961年改属富溪区，1965年设黄柏人民公社，1984年公社改为乡。[2]

柘荣县人民政府网站称全乡面积77.8平方公里，距县城22公里，境内森林覆盖率为71.52%；百度百科与博雅地名网则作75.6平方千米，博雅地名网又作距县城12公里。[1][2][3] 两说不一，此处里程以县政府网站所载为准。[1]

荣誉方面，县政府网站称黄柏乡于2011年获评省级生态乡镇；博雅地名网则称，环境保护部于2012年12月确认该乡为国家级生态乡镇，所标年度为2010至2011年。[1][2] 2024年1月，该乡被命名为2023年福建省卫生乡镇。[2]

柘荣县人民政府网站称全乡人口为9876人，未注明统计年份；百度百科载2019年末户籍人口为10042人。[1][3]

经济[edit]

乡内以太子参、茶叶为主导，辅以林下种养。县政府网站称，黄柏是「柘荣太子参」的主要产区，乡内已建成全省最大的林麝养殖产业园，林下中草药种植也在推进。[1]

文化[edit]

省级非遗「游氏仙姑祈福文化」在乡内传承，游朴廉政教育基地为省市级廉政教育点。[1] 两岸游氏奉黄柏为柘荣游氏的发祥地，游氏仙姑的信俗在此延续。[9]

黄柏村、上黄柏村、长冠村三个村入选中国传统村落名录，上黄柏村又入选国家森林村庄。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

中华游氏文化园位于乡内，2009年9月动工，园区依托旧有的古廊桥、游朴读书洞、德政坊和仙姑宫等遗迹，另建成廉政文化馆与耕读馆。2019年12月，该园获批为福建省对台交流基地。[6]

长冠村的游德坊（亭）以青石雕成仿木样式，始造于明万历年间（1573—1620年），原有1坊、3亭，现存1坊两亭的梁架主体，1983年列为首批柘荣县文物保护单位。[7][8]

著名人物[edit]

游朴，字太初，号少涧，生于1526年、卒于1599年。他于1574年登进士第，后任湖广布政司右参政，辞官后回乡，应聘担任《福宁州志》总编。[4][5] 县政府网站称黄柏为他的故里。[1]
