上泥村位于东源乡南部，地处群山之中，东邻桃坑村，西与宅中乡接壤，南与霞浦县相望，距柘荣县城31公里。村域面积约4302亩，辖上泥、行河两个自然村。[2][5]

地理环境[edit]

耕地约192亩，林业约3400亩，毛竹640亩与茶园70亩并存。[2]

人口民族[edit]

博雅地名网载全村58户276人，其中常住本村210人；百度百科则载2022年户籍241人、2025年常住47人。[2][5]

行河自然村因交通闭塞且无耕地，八十年代初起多户外迁，现已基本荒废。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的由来：原名上涯，因村附近沼泽有两处凹地，以位于上方的凹地命名。[3]

1932年，柘荣最早的一名共产党员林爱在村中宣传革命。1934年村中设苏维埃政府，又有叶飞、曾志、马立峰等人来此活动，上泥会议也在此召开。[5]

1965年设上泥大队，1984年撤销大队，设立上泥村村民委员会。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内保留有革命遗址与红军渠等遗迹。[5]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，上泥村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
