地理环境[edit]
村庄四面环山，中间为盆地，柯岭水库位于村内。村中茶叶、药材种植与毛竹是主要产业，药材中有太子参、白术、木瓜与板栗等。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
1935年设柯岭保；1944年与宝鉴宅合并为鉴岭保，同年即撤销。1980年设立柯岭大队，1984年改为村民委员会。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
村南的湖头顶海拔较高，山上有出米岩景观，据称由火山喷发形成，当地流传着岩石出米的民间故事。[2]
