历史沿革[edit]
村名取自两个地名各一字，其中之一为凤岐。1965年始设大队，1984年撤销大队，改设村民委员会。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村庄西南与前楼村相接，北与福鼎市点头镇相靠，东侧为长岐村与溪口村。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
凤岐吴氏大宅又称吴氏大宅，建成于清乾隆朝，即1736—1795年间，是县境内体量最大的古民居。大宅由三座并列的三进四合院组成，内有天井、大厅与花窗，整体布局讲究采光、通风与防盗。[3][4]
该宅于2013年3月列入国务院公布的第七批全国重点文物保护单位名单。凤岐自然村内只有这一处建筑，形成「一村一屋」的格局。[4]
文化[edit]
2022年12月，村庄获爱国卫生运动委员会定为卫生村，名称记作「2022年福建省卫生村」。2025年5月，凤里村被确认为2024年度宁德市「一村一品」专业村，主导产业为鸭蛋。[1]
