地理环境[edit]
村内山峦起伏，海拔在800米至980米之间，下辖1个自然村。林地中有油茶、茶园、黄桅子和毛竹林。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
1934年，陈上洋村设有苏维埃政府。次年组成陈上洋保，隶属富溪镇联保；1940年这一建制改名为富蒲乡；1944年撤销。[1]
1958年设陈上洋大队；1984年大队撤销，改设陈上洋村村民委员会。[1]
2024年1月，陈上洋村获「2023年福建省卫生村」称号。2025年5月，村子被确认为「2024年度宁德市一村一品专业村」，主导产业为茶叶。[1]
经济[edit]
农民收入主要来自太子参、辣椒、茶叶、大玉豆、白术和油茶，村两委引导村民发展油茶、黄桅子、茶叶等特色农业。[2]
