青凤村是双城镇下辖的行政村，位于县城北面，是青岚水库移民安置村。村前身为东源乡的青岚面村，1997年7月挂牌成立。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1956年，此地由绸岭乡改称青岚面乡；1958年改为青岚面大队；1975年一度写作「青兰面」，后恢复原名。1984年改称村委会。因青岚面水库工程建设，村民迁往县城安置，1997年7月成立新的行政村「青凤村」。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年10月，省农业农村厅认定本村为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。村曾是全县的第一批「计生合格村」和「综合治理先进村」。[1]
