泗桥村位于福建省宁德市周宁县泗桥乡的乡中心区，是泗桥乡人民政府的驻地。乡内的中学、小学、卫生院、派出所、邮政所、信用社等机构多设在村中。[1]
村名的来历有两说：一说泗洲桥是通往屏南、政和、寿宁、福安四县的交通枢纽，群众称之为泗洲，村名因此而来；另一说村中泗水河上架有四座桥，分别通往四处岔路。村子原名泗洲桥，又称溪尾。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
宋代此地属宁德县关隶镇，后划入建宁府关隶县。明代归寿宁县管辖，编入政和里七都。民国时隶属寿宁县的纯池、赤岩两乡，1950年属寿宁县第六区。[2]
1955年9月，纯池区划入周宁县，区内设泗桥、周墩、赤岩、坂坑、硋窑五个乡。1961年，纯池公社分出12个大队，另立泗桥公社。1984年4月，村改为泗桥村委会。[2]
村域原包括泗桥、坡上、麻岭坑、万顶四个自然村，现合并为一个行政村。麻岭坑与万顶的居民于1972年迁入泗桥，坡上的居民则于1998年因造福工程迁入。[2]
人口民族[edit]
村民以陈姓为主，另有黄、郑、钱、祝等姓氏。[2]
文化[edit]
博雅地名网载，村中的非物质文化遗产下村锣鼓形式别具一格。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
溪尾的兴寿庵始建于明崇祯四年（1631年），此后经多次重修。[2]
