庭洋中村是纯池镇东部的行政村，村委会设在庭洋中自然村，1987年由三门桥村分出设立，村域东面与寿宁县的数个村庄相邻，南面与福安市相接。[2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

此地先是三门桥村委会下面的一个自然村，直到1987年才独立为行政村。[2][3]

早先叫洋中，也叫衡洋。上世纪七十年代，因水患，对岸庭洋村的村民搬到这里，两村的名字各取一部分，于是有了庭洋中之名。[1]

周寿县际公路穿村而过。[1]

地理与人口[edit]

村中设6个村民小组，计255户，人口971人，常住人口超过200人。[3]

2007年建成庭洋中水电站，装机750千瓦。[3]

外出经商务工者450人，其中企业18家分布在西安、江苏、上海等地。[3]

产业与文化[edit]

耕作以水稻、茶叶为基础，葡萄与小蓟也是常见作物。[3]

村中有一座文化宫，即临水宫。[3]
