林源村是纯池镇西部的行政村，村委会驻林源自然村，辖林源、溪源两个自然村。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

村名又称杨梅林，因早先山上有成片杨梅树而得名。[1]

村落的开端在明成化十六年（1480年），最初的住户来自浙江温州一带。[1]

解放初期归寿宁县管辖，后于1956年转入周宁；1960年设大队，1985年成立村委会。[3]

地理与人口[edit]

村位于镇区以西约18公里，海拔780米。[1]

村情简介称，全村234户、901人，分4个村民小组，村中党员19名。[3]

村域林地面积超过一万亩，村旁森林连绵数千亩。[3]

产业与古迹[edit]

作物以马铃薯、黄豆、茶叶为主，也产锥栗。村境内的振山岗海拔1389米，是镇内海拔最高的山峰。[3]

村中有穀源庵与双溪亭，建成已有三百多年。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2021年6月，林源村列入「福建省第四批省级传统村落」名录。[2]
