芹溪村位于李墩镇西南部，距镇区16公里，距县城30公里，下辖中村、河坑2个自然村，共247户、853人[1]。村中的宝丰银场古矿业遗址始于北宋元祐年间的开采，2019年列入第八批全国重点文物保护单位[2][3]。

历史沿革[edit]

芹溪又名银溪，因银矿资源丰富，村子临两溪，故取此名。[1]

据村情介绍，宋代在此设立宝丰银场，北宋元祐年间开始采银。村情介绍称，它是古代（宋、元、明）的六大银矿之一，也是福建古代最大的银矿。[1][2]

明代，这里爆发了矿工起义。村情介绍称，这次起义被视作中国最早由小业主领导的矿工起义。[1]

明代正德年间，银场停止采矿炼银。矿洞封闭之后，部分矿工留在当地居住，成为芹溪村的先民。[1]

芹溪是革命老区村。革命战争时期，村中涌现了11名烈士。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村庄面积约1.7平方公里，耕地600多亩，林地8000多亩。[1]

村后主峰海拔1499米，为周宁境内第二高峰。[4]

村中有18个姓氏，全村分为5个村民小组。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

宝丰银场古矿业遗址在村中现存矿洞数百口，封坑碑等遗迹尚存，村里还有宝丰公馆遗址。[1]

2018年，宝丰银场古矿业遗址被列入第九批福建省级文物保护单位；2019年12月，遗址所在矿区被福建省自然资源厅授予省级矿山公园。[1]

村里有一处古银矿遗址陈列展，展厅占地220平方米，陈列古银文化与红色文化。村中还有闽东游击队第六支队成立遗址。[1]

文化[edit]

村庄先后获得省级绿盈乡村、省级乡村治理示范村、省级美丽宜居村庄等荣誉，并入选国家级第七批「绿水青山就是金山银山」实践创新基地。[1]
