际头村位于李墩镇西部，距镇政府约6公里，辖际头、下际头2个自然村，共7个村民小组，户籍430户、1690人[1]。村中在河道管理上设有“民间河长”[1]。

地理环境[edit]

村中耕地380亩，林地1300亩。[1]

村庄位于鹫峰山脉偏东一侧，龙岗顶山下。[2]

据村情介绍，际头村全市率先聘用退休老村干部担任“民间河长”，并在3公里河道上安装摄像头，与智能河长联合巡河。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村中以陈姓为主，据博雅地名网，陈姓先人在清代开辟此地；解放后，村庄被评为革命老区村。[2]

经济[edit]

村民以农业为生，粮食作物主要是水稻和甘薯，经济作物则有花菜、生姜、马铃薯、板栗和茶叶。[2]

2022年，际头村获评省级「一村一品」专业村。[3]

文化[edit]

村里设有新时代文明实践站，组建了乡风文明劝导队和志愿服务队，倡导绿色祭扫等移风易俗。[1]

际头村曾多次被评为县、市级文明村和县级平安村。[2]
