际会村位于周宁县西南部，距李墩镇政府约12公里，辖8个自然村，共760户、2800多人[1]。村中以叶姓为主，全村姓氏多达10个[1][2]。

地理环境[edit]

村落四面群山环抱，溪流穿村而过，整个村庄呈船形分布，村前村后处处临水，有老桥新桥共14座。[1][2]

20世纪70年代，村中的联谊化工厂据村情介绍率先在全国采用“平炉水蒸气”法制作活性炭，产品销往国内外。[1]

近年来，村里以锥栗、油茶、茶叶和蜜薯等林业经济为抓手，并谋划观光与农产品加工等绿色产业。[1]

村中有齐天大圣庙、林公庙、通天圣母庙和宗祠堂等共13座。每年正月十三至十八，村中都有龙灯聚会。[2]

村里曾获评「省级民主法治示范村」，并曾被评为全市争先创优先进基层党组织。[1]
