李墩村是李墩镇的行政村，也是镇政府的驻地，位于周宁县西南部，平均海拔约842米。村中共1182户、4023人，全村土地面积达14553.4亩[1]。村名古称“水北”，又称“李家墩”[2]。村民过去的收入多来自外出经商和农业种植，如今种植的作物以水稻、地瓜、马铃薯、蔬菜、板栗和茶叶为主[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
“水北”一称来自村落临六浦溪北岸的位置；“李家墩”之名，据村中李氏族谱，是唐末岳王李璟入闽避难时开基建村所留，又因地处低丘而得名。[2]
地理环境[edit]
村落位于县城西南方向，距县城12公里，地势平坦。[1]
全村耕地3200亩，园地3800亩。[1]

村情介绍称全村共1182户、4023人，全村分为17个村民小组。[1][3]

村民过去的收入以外出经商和农业种植为主，主要作物有水稻、地瓜、马铃薯、蔬菜、板栗和茶叶。[1]
2025年11月，村中的金线莲被认定为「福建省2025年度省级“一村一品”专业村」。[2]

村中有唐岳王宫、李氏宗祠、顺天圣母宫和忠平王林公宫等古建筑。每年元宵节的祭祖板灯龙会，沿袭已有千百年。[3]
