徐家山村隶属七步镇，村委会设于徐家山自然村，村内只有一个自然村，地处青岭山西南麓。[1]

最早为徐姓人家定居之地，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村落开基于北宋年间，迄今已有900多年。1956年归李墩区，1959年由七步公社另设大队，1984年起为村委会建制。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村子在镇区西南约4公里处，海拔930米，属丘陵地貌。耕地面积536亩；林地1964多亩。[1]
