梧柏洋村位于七步镇南端，西面与咸村镇相接，南面与玛坑乡相邻，村委会驻梧柏洋自然村。这里是革命老区，村中建有中共闽东特委历史展陈馆。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1979年自岭头大队分出设大队，1984年改设村委会。[1][2]

1933年村中即设中心支部，1934年设周墩县委南区区委，1935年又设安德县委南区革命委员会和宁屏古办事处。[2][3]

2021年3月，村内建成中共闽东特委历史展陈馆开馆，同时还有红色教育基地等设施。[3]

2020年12月，本村入选「2020年度福建省一村一品示范村」名单（茶叶）；2021年11月，获「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；2023年2月，列入「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村」名单；2026年1月，被确定为「福建省2026年度乡村振兴示范村」。[1][4]

地理环境[edit]

村域东面与本镇岭头东山村及福安的象地、际溪为邻，北面与岭头村山脉相连；南面临玛坑乡的芹太丘和咸村镇的高际头村所在山脉，西面接咸村镇的碧岩、天山，以及本镇郭洋的菩萨顶山脉。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

寺庙方面，寿峰禅寺为乾隆三年所建；通天圣母宝殿的创建在唐末宋初，乾隆三十九年又经重建。此外还有五显灵官和大帝庙，以及齐天大圣庙与翟氏宗祠。[1]
