龙亭村离浦源镇区14公里，坐落在龙亭溪右岸，海拔690米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名古称大箩，又称三司岭；清光绪年间改称土亭下，其后一度改称红亭，1981年2月恢复为龙亭。[2]

清乾隆初（1746年），萧瑞建从山底村迁来定居，其后裔又分迁出若干自然村。[2]

1950年4月，此地设龙亭乡，所辖包括龙住院、半岭、进登等处。1984年8月起改为村委会，属浦源乡。[2]

1995年，全村计180户、915人，编为6个村民小组。[2]
