车盘村是革命老区村，位于咸村镇西北方约15公里处的山陵谷地，民房散建于高山谷底的小溪两侧。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
车盘在1958年改设大队，1985年以后才设村委会。[1]
地理环境[edit]
车盘主村海拔约500米；上车盘沿溪而上500米；天山自然村海拔880米，其上方的天山顶高1307米。[1]
全村耕地230亩，林地14300亩，其中毛竹林6000余亩。[1]
经济[edit]
村集体经济历史上较为薄弱。后组建股份经济合作联合社，并由党支部领办合作社，发展玉米、马铃薯与水果种植。[1]
