梅台村是革命老区村，位于咸村镇西北部虎头山西麓，距镇区约6公里，海拔400米。[1]

村庄依山而建，形状像一只托盘，东、西、北三侧皆有山岭环绕，村后树木茂密。[1]

1958年设大队，1985年设村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

村民经济主要依靠山地农林业。[1]
