历史沿革[edit]
村落建于南宋隆兴年间（1163年），先祖自礼门迁入。[1][2]
三十年代的游击战争时期，阮英平、叶飞、陈挺等人在此开辟根据地，中共宁屏古办事处与周政屏革命委员会相继设于村中。叶飞曾在村中主持召开五县干部大会。[1][3]
碧岩大厅内于1936年4月成立了周政屏县革命委员会，这座大厅也称碧岩众厅。[4]
名胜古迹[edit]
碧岩众厅为清朝建筑，1983年被县人民政府公布为首批县级文化保护单位。村中的周政屏革命委员会旧址占地300平方米，为周宁县文物保护单位。[1][3]
1994年，经上级批准并拨款，村中建起周政屏革命委员会旧址；中共周宁县委随后将此处定为「青少年革命传统教育基地」。山上至今还保留着当年的许多「红军洞」遗迹。[1]
