富濑村位于咸村集镇的东南部，地处霍童溪上游的深山中，是周宁县的革命老区村，与蕉城区的洪口乡、霍童镇接壤。[1][2][5]
政府村情简介把本村写作「富赖村」，记其主村离咸村集镇约10公里，居住地在一段陡峭的山腰间，至今尚无进村公路。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1950年，此地属咸村区洋中乡；1954年组成初级社，1956年成为公社，1985年方改设村委会。[3]
地名原称「苦濑」，因村子地处山区，又有一条小溪傍村而过，1960年改名富濑。[4]
2002年，主村的住户被迁往石排洋，另立富赖新村；2008年，高山、上段、溪乾等处的住户又迁到乾头洋。[1]
经济[edit]
村中耕地389亩，林地10300亩，茶园150亩；务农是村民的主业，作物中有水稻、土豆与茶叶，林产则以毛竹与林木为多。[1]
文化[edit]
村庄在革命时期是周宁县的重要活动据点，咸村镇内参加革命的人数以此村为最多。[1]
