咸洋村位于咸村镇东北部，村域夹在桃源溪与樟源溪之间，地处咸村溪谷平原，海拔107米。[1][2]

村民以茶叶与水稻等农业为本，不少人外出经商或务工。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

咸洋村在民国时期属咸杉乡，解放初期称咸洋乡，1958年设大队，1985年改为村委会。[3]

人口民族[edit]

村中有816户、2860人。留在村里常住的有1795人，约占六成（60%）；外出流动的有1174人，约占四成（40%），外出者多去北京、上海、广东等地，经营钢材、塑胶管道一类生意或外出务工。[1]

经济[edit]

村域耕地1361亩、林地1800亩，主要农副产品有茶叶、蔬菜与水稻。[1]

文化[edit]

村中留有清代老厝，咸洋头、店后、芝田等处还有张氏的祖厅与祠堂。永济桥首建于1898年，1986年经重建。[1]

咸村镇中心小学的新校区也设在咸洋村。[1]
