兴福社区是福建省宁德市周宁县狮城镇下辖的社区，位于镇区东南部，距狮城镇政府所在地约1.5千米，与长安社区、东园社区、陈凤村相邻。[1][2]

社区以原兴福村为名，前身为一个民族居委会。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

2002年6月组建兴福民族居委会，2006年7月撤销该居委会，设立兴福社区。1993年起，居民经造福工程陆续迁入。[2]

社区内畲族居民较多，博雅地名网称它是宁德市唯一一家少数民族社区。[1][2]

文化[edit]

社区先后获得「全国最美工会户外劳动者服务站点」「福建省户外劳动者示范休息室」等荣誉称号。[2]
