底洋村位于寿宁县东南部，距乡政府所在地12公里，下辖4个自然村、8个村民小组。全村173户，763人。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村址位于垱洋的下方，又因樟树岗处在墩洋之内，方言里“里”与“底”意思相通，遂称底洋。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清乾隆年间（1736年至1795年），吴姓人家迁到樟树岗，即今底洋。新中国成立初归托溪区九岭乡，后改属可观乡；1959年撤区并社后归芹洋公社可观大队；1982年撤社建乡，单独设立底洋村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

水稻、茶叶、毛竹、柿子和木材是村里的物产。[1]
