坑底林村是竹管垅乡的行政村，村内有7个自然村，其中包括王家洋、高山后等。全村207户，常住人口共127人，村中以叶、柳、周等姓为主。[1][2][3]

村名来历与迁居时的景况有关：当时此地是一大片森林，林下有一条坑，故名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

叶永富公是叶氏始祖，明永乐九年（1411年）自北浦迁到此处（北浦即今犀溪村），传至今已十五代。[1][2]

民国时期隶属斜滩区；土改时属斜滩区坑底林乡。1958年归竹管垅公社竹管垅大队，1970年又分出坑底林大队，隶属竹管垅公社；1984年由公社改为乡，本村随之设村委会。[1][2]

1933年，村中组建红带会，后设立苏维埃村政府；1934年底，红带队并入布罗林一带的整编队伍，成为其中的一个中队。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

王家洋村尾的木桥建于光绪年间，桥上塑有佛像，每逢佛节香火不断。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，本村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
