离坑底4千米的东北方向，有个半岭洋村，村旁通了一条县道，海拔931米[1]。村民的房屋盖在山岭中段的一块小平地上，村名由此而来[1]。2020年的统计显示，村里约有962名户籍人口，常住者120人，合计235户[2]。
