归洋村在坑底乡西南一带，海拔1023米，距寿宁县城约27千米[1]。全村下设归洋、寨后两个自然村，有8个村民小组[2]。农户多种玉米、马铃薯、地瓜与茭白，林地以杉木、松木和毛竹居多[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

谢姓的先人在北宋崇宁四年（1105年）从松溪县搬来；到了清乾隆三十三年（1768年），叶姓族人又从鳌阳迁入[3]。1984年，这里改设坑底乡归洋村委会[3]。

地理环境[edit]

村子距浙江省约96千米，走近路向西可到景宁县城[1]。全年平均温度为13.7度[2]。

经济[edit]

村里的林地约10686.9亩，树种以杉木、松木与毛竹为主[2]。2021年，村里建起了归洋茭白等种养示范基地[3]。

文化[edit]

2022年10月，本村经认定成为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2024年1月，又入选2023年福建省卫生村名单[3]。
