地名由来[edit]
村名原作「大蜀」，因「蜀」与「熟」方言读音相近，改写为「大熟」，又作「大孰」，寓意大丰收。[2]
地理环境[edit]
村域分上洋、下洋两片，上洋以曾、叶、陈等姓为主，下洋多为吴姓。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
元大德二年（1298年）吴姓一支自庆元县迁至托溪一带；1364年（元至正二十四年），吴氏又从当地迁到这里。[2][3]
土地革命时期，本村是闽东、浙南苏区反「围剿」斗争的据点。[3]
1958年，本村归鳌阳公社管辖，称大熟大队；1970年改属大安公社；1984年改为大熟村委会。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
村中景观有仙宫瀑布、仙岩和雪林寺。[3]
荣誉[edit]
2021年11月，本村被省爱卫部门列为福建省卫生村；同年12月，又入选福建省第二批高级版绿盈乡村（乡镇）名单。[2]
2022年10月，省农业农村厅评定本村属第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇之列；2023年12月，本村认定为2023年度福建省「一村一品」蔬菜专业村。[2]
2024年2月，本村成为第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇的创建对象。[2]
