韶托村位于清源镇西北部，海拔960米，离县城约10公里。北宋徽州知州黄槐（黄山公）是这里的人，村中的黄槐湖即小托水库，湖面较大，是村里的生态景观。博雅地名网称村中历史至今已有1060多年。县政府2022年的行政区划资料把本村写作小托村。[2][4][5][6]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，始祖文仲公自政和梧桐上洋迁入，此后世代在村中生息，迄今一千零六十多年。县政府行政区划资料将本村写作小托村，百度百科则称小托水库在韶托村，原属清源乡小托村。[2][4][5]
1951年，此地归鳌阳区（第一区）韶托乡。1959年起，韶托大队成为鳌阳公社的一个大队；1961年另设韶托小公社。1984年，公社改为乡，本村改称清源乡韶托村委会。2017年9月，再改为清源镇韶托村委会。[3]
黄槐是寿宁县第二位进士，政和二年（1112年）登第，宣和二年（1120年）出任徽州知州。徽州一带遭遇灾荒，他违令开仓赈济灾民，后挂印弃官，回到韶托隐居，组织猎队除害、设馆办学，晚年还研习医术替乡民治病。他于绍兴三十二年（1162年）去世，被乡民尊为黄山公。[2][6]
每年六月十九（黄槐诞辰）与九月初九（黄槐成仙吉期），村里都举办庙会，闽浙各县的香客前来祭祀。福建、浙江两省现有黄山公庙数百座。黄山公信俗于2017年进入福建省非遗名录。[2][6]
村子先后被认定为省级乡村振兴试点村，并获得省级生态村、省级森林人家的称号，还获市级文明村称号。[1][2]
地理环境[edit]
黄槐湖湖面开阔，湖中有岛，周围生态公益林连片。博雅地名网称，黄槐当年的故居老宅就在湖下。2005年，村委会立碑，水库定名为“黄槐湖”。[2][5]

村中发展林下经济，种植中药材、灵芝、黄花倒水莲等。[2]
