日洋铺村位于清源镇西北部，东面是童洋村，北面靠韶托村，离镇政府驻地约10公里。国道G235穿村而过，连接县城与南路的芹洋、平溪乃至政和。村中五个自然村是溪尾仔、下坪桥、山垱、溪坪洋和叶洋铺。村旧名日洋铺，别称双溪。博雅地名网作叶洋铺村，县政府行政区划资料作日洋铺村。[1][2][3]
历史沿革[edit]
旧时此村归清源乡双溪大队，后更名为日洋铺大队；过去村中还设有驿站。[2]
二次国内革命战争期间，村中大多数自然村的村民投入寿宁的革命斗争，有人为此付出了贡献，也有人献出了生命。新中国成立后，溪坪洋与洋尾仔被划为老区村。[2]
地理环境[edit]
村子与芹洋乡的下坪碓、山头两村接壤，离县城10公里。林地6678亩，森林覆盖率76.3%；耕地626亩，其中水田309亩。以上为博雅地名网所载。[1][2]

村里出产的作物包括水稻、茶叶、毛竹与木材，蔬菜也有种植。[2]
