上大洋村位于凤阳镇西南边陲，与周宁县的纯池镇、浦源镇交界，海拔859米，离镇政府约13千米，村委会设在半岭洋村。全村辖上大洋、半岭洋2个自然村。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村庄位于高山之上，据载有一块海拔996米的平地，村民房屋便建在这片小洋垱上，因而取名上大洋。通往宁德的古道宿帝岭经过此地。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代，苏氏始祖苏煌由周宁迁入肇基，至今已繁衍15世。[2]

明代归寿宁县福安里五都。清代本村在南乡，民国年间属凤阳乡。1952年划为第七区大石乡，1958年并入凤阳东星公社大石大队，1959年改隶凤阳公社。1980年由大石大队分出，设上大洋大队。1984年撤社建乡后，成为凤阳乡上大洋村委会，2015年随凤阳乡改镇。[2]

经济[edit]

村中水田215亩，茶园207亩，林地4650亩。该村盛产竹木，粮食作物以水稻、甘薯、黄豆为主，经济作物有茶叶。[1]
