大石村位于凤阳镇西南部，地处寿宁、周宁、福安三县交界，海拔662米，距镇政府约6.5千米，是全镇第二大行政村。全村辖3个自然村。2021年11月，本村被命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历：詹姓先人到此定居，初名大实，后因与当地方言音近，且村中有一块大石，改称大石。[1]

张姓始祖于宋末元初迁来肇基，已繁衍27世。张姓迁入之前，已有詹姓居住，迄今800多年。[2]

明代本村归福安里五、六都。清代属南乡，民国年间为凤阳乡。1952年划为第七区大石乡，1958年9月编入凤阳东星公社，设大石大队；次年3月改属凤阳公社。1984年撤社建乡后，本村成为凤阳乡下辖的大石村委会，2015年随凤阳乡改镇。[2]

经济[edit]

主要产业为大棚葡萄、茶叶和黄桃，三者面积分别约为1300亩、1930亩和320亩；兼产板栗、油茶等。[1]
