基德村位于凤阳镇北部，地处高山地带，海拔700米，离镇政府约6千米，全村有14个村民小组。2021年11月，本村被命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2023年12月，被命名为「2023年度福建省森林村庄」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历，据叶氏族谱所载取自“天子建基，必有厚德”一语。村口两座山形似斗鸡，夜里合拢、清晨鸡叫时分开，俗称“鸡决”，后取名基德。[1]

明正统年间（1436年至1449年），叶氏始祖叶仲怀迁来肇基，至今560多年，已繁衍18世。[2]

建村之初至明代，本村属政和县管辖；1455年寿宁建县后，改隶寿宁县政和里九都。清代属南乡，民国时期为斜滩区凤阳乡的一部分。[2]

1952年本村编入第七区，称基德乡。1958年起隶属东星公社，村为其基德大队。1963年转入凤阳区基德公社，1965年撤区并社，本村归凤阳公社，设基德大队。1984年撤社建乡后，此地成为凤阳乡基德村委会，2015年随凤阳乡改镇。[2][3]

经济[edit]

村中有葡萄园600多亩、茶园1860亩。2022年12月，本村被认定为「2022年度福建省一村一品专业村」（葡萄）。[1]
