廷家洋村位于凤阳镇东北部，离镇政府约4千米，海拔678米，村民多为朱、陈两姓。2024年1月，本村被命名为2023年福建省卫生村；2024年6月，本村入选「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村子旧属福安县，旧称福安里五都陈家洋村。建村之初，村旁小溪边古藤缠树，因此又取名藤溪。[1]
村中最早迁居者为杨姓。2002年8月的台风暴雨引发地质灾害，大部分村民于2004年陆续迁居造福新村。[1]
