东岭后村位于凤阳镇东部，离镇政府约5.5千米，是革命老区村。村中以水田、竹木和茶叶为主要收入来源，盛产毛竹。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村子因位于一条大岭东侧得名，又因处在凤阳的东面，称东岭后。[1]

南宋时，郑氏第六世大公迁居此地，被奉为肇基始祖，迄今已有770多年。[2]

本村在南宋中叶隶长溪县，此后划归福安县（淳祐五年，即1245年）。明代寿宁设县后改隶寿宁。清代为南乡之地，民国时归凤阳乡。[2]

1952年，本村隶第七区福后乡。1958年改属凤阳东星公社，设东岭后大队；随后并入凤阳公社。1984年撤社建乡，改设凤阳乡下的东岭后村委会。2015年凤阳乡改为镇。[2][3]
