柯洋村位于福建省宁德市寿宁县平溪镇西南部。西边与政和县相接，离镇政府驻地约11公里，海拔在720至751米之间。辖内有四个自然村，分别为柯洋、宫仔下、东山垄和岔门底。[1][2][6]

地名由来[edit]

一说古时水尾龟蛇二山相接，溪水因此上涨，村名称挡洋；后因临水宫香炉镇守，改称柯洋。另有一说因村中有柯树平地而得名。[5][6]

历史沿革[edit]

村中以黄姓最早迁入，至今已有200多年，村内聚居黄、张、陈等20余姓。[4][6]

新中国成立后，1950年村属第三区（平溪区）的亭下乡，1959年隶平溪公社。1984年公社改乡，村从亭下分出，设柯洋村委会。2013年底乡改为镇，村委会名称不变。[4]

2023年，村庄获评福建省卫生村。[6]

经济[edit]

村内盛产水稻、茶叶、毛竹和木材。集体经济在2021年的收入为18.80万元。[3]
