犀溪镇位于福建省宁德市寿宁县东部，地处闽浙交界，东与浙江省泰顺县相邻。2012年4月，原犀溪乡撤乡设镇，镇域下辖12个行政村。镇内的闽浙边临时省委甲坑旧址群、犀溪叶氏宗祠、桂香阁等文物建筑，以及西浦村的西浦景区，是镇域内的主要文化遗存与景点。[1][5][10][11][13][14]

历史沿革[edit]

南宋淳祐五年（1245年），此地属福州府福安县。明代分属福安里的一都与三都，清代属东南乡。[1][4]

1934年设犀溪乡，隶属第一区，乡政府驻犀溪村。1958年设红旗公社，1970年公社驻地由西浦村迁至犀溪村，改称犀溪公社。1984年改为犀溪乡，当时辖11个行政村；1990年由赖家洋村分出外山村委会，全乡辖12个行政村。[4]

2012年4月17日，福建省人民政府批准撤销犀溪乡、设立犀溪镇，镇域行政村数目仍为12个。[4][5][2]

“犀溪”之名有两种说法。博雅地名网记西浦下村水口处有一块形似犀牛的石磜，镇守水口，溪因此得名；百度百科则说是在西浦村河滩上发现了印有犀牛脚印的溪石。[3][7][1]

2014年7月，犀溪镇被住房和城乡建设部等部门确定为「全国重点镇」。2020年12月，犀溪镇经福建省爱卫办确定为「福建省卫生乡镇」。2024年7月，犀溪镇列入「2024年福建省全域生态旅游小镇」名单。[3][8]

地理环境[edit]

镇域地处寿宁县东部，境内多山，各村多在山地之中，外山村海拔801米。镇域面积，百度百科作133.45平方千米，博雅地名网作约130平方千米；镇人民政府距寿宁县城26千米。[1][3][6]

人口[edit]

据百度百科，2019年末镇域户籍人口为15256人。博雅地名网所载“约1.02万人”未注年份，两者相差较大，本条目取有年份的一项。[1][3]

名胜古迹[edit]

闽浙边临时省委甲坑旧址群在甲坑村，年代为1935年，共七处旧址与纪念碑，其中有苏维埃政府旧址、闽东特委福寿办事处旧址等，为福建省第九批省级文物保护单位。[11][12][16]

犀溪叶氏宗祠在犀溪村，建于清康熙四十一年（1702年），其门楼、戏台、享堂等建筑构成祠堂主体；2013年1月，福建省人民政府将其列为第八批省级文物保护单位。[13]

桂香阁又称文昌阁、奎光阁，同在犀溪村，清康熙四十三年（1704年）始建，为三层楼阁的土木结构建筑，1998年12月列为寿宁县县级文物保护单位。[14]

西浦村的西浦景区为「国家3A级旅游景区」，景区内有状元坊、古廊桥、古碇步、太阴宫等古建筑与遗迹，双溪交汇处的水系与村落相连。[10][17][18]

犀溪漂流设在犀溪溪段，全程约5千米，落差170米，漂流时间两个多小时。该段犀溪流域一带以廊桥和古建筑为特色，面积约17.8平方千米，包括西浦文化园林村、犀溪古建筑群与甲坑红色旅游地等。[9]

著名人物[edit]

缪蟾（1214年—1303年），字升之，号月溪，南宋理宗绍定二年（1229年）状元，出生于一都（犀溪乡西浦村）。[15]
