梅洋村是福建省宁德市寿宁县武曲镇下辖的行政村[4]，位于镇东北部，与福安市潭头镇交界，距镇政府所在地5.3公里，下辖土堆、樟湾两个自然村[1]。

地名由来[edit]

据林氏族谱，始祖入山，见一湖畔有梅花，便在此定居，初称梅湖。清末进士林栋嫌“湖”字太小，改称梅洋[1][3]。

历史沿革[edit]

据载，林氏始祖林十五于宋真宗年间（998年至1003年）由霞浦迁入武曲一带[1]。

土改后划入第二区（斜滩区）梅洋乡。1958年设梅洋大队，隶属武曲公社。1984年由社改乡，1994年10月乡改镇，为武曲镇梅洋村委会[1]。

人口与经济[edit]

村民经济以农业为主，茶叶是支柱产业，少数家庭种植水果，多数劳动力外出打工。2020年，农民人均收入15359元，村集体经济10.5万元[2]。

文化[edit]

梅洋村列入第五批中国传统村落名录，并列入福建省第二批省级传统村落名录[1][2]。2017年被列为美丽乡村省级示范村，2021年6月获评2018至2020年度宁德市文明村[2]。
