塘洋村是福建省宁德市寿宁县武曲镇下辖的行政村[3]，位于镇北部，临长溪，距镇政府驻地武曲村约2公里[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

此地旧称塘西。据传村前原有一方水塘，称作塘排，因“排”与“西”口音相近，遂讹为塘西。2001年，为免与西塘村混淆，改名塘洋村[1]。

明正统年间（1436年至1449年），郑姓始祖迁居此地。清康熙七年（1668年），吴姓自邻村迁入[1]。

土改后划入第二区（斜滩区）大韩乡。1959年起并入武曲公社，成立塘西大队。1984年由社改乡，村名定为塘西村委会；1994年10月乡改镇，仍称塘西村委会。2001年改名塘洋村委会[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

村内建有一座村级地矿公园，据称为全省首个，村里还修缮了知青山庄[2]。

文化[edit]

2020年11月，塘洋村被授予「第六届全国文明村镇」称号。2021年12月，被命名为「2021年度福建省森林村庄」。2026年1月，被确定为「福建省2026年度乡村振兴示范村」[1]。

经济[edit]

村民以茶果种植和外出务工为主要收入来源。2020年，农民人均收入17500元，村集体经济20.96万元[2]。
