赤陵洋村位于南阳镇域西北部，行政村驻地为同名的赤陵洋自然村，全村辖赤陵洋、后溪2个自然村[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

村名原作「赤麟洋」。旧时村附近有若干小村，后并为一村，原名「七邻洋」，因「七邻」与「赤陵」方言同音，改为今名[1]。

明洪武二年（1369年），黄洪六迁来此地开基，是赤陵洋的始祖[1]。

地理环境[edit]

行政村驻地海拔559米，年平均气温16.5摄氏度[1]。

文化[edit]

2019年12月，赤陵洋村列入第二批国家森林乡村名单；2021年11月，被命名为2021年福建省卫生村[1]。
