南阳镇是福建省宁德市寿宁县下辖的镇，位于县境东南部，辖20个行政村[1][2][5]。地名取自背靠南山、地势向阳之意[2]。镇内的报祖祠大殿、中共闽东特委含溪旧址为省级文物保护单位，岳阳桥为县级文物保护单位[6][8][10]。

历史沿革[edit]

南宋嘉定年间（1208年至1224年），今镇域属长溪县西乡；淳祐五年（1245年）起属福安县；明景泰六年（1455年）寿宁设县后归寿宁县管辖，清代属东南乡[3]。

1934年设南阳乡。1955年寿宁划分行政区时，以驻地名称设南阳区。1993年7月由乡改为镇。1997年寿宁县辖4镇10乡，南阳镇是其中之一[1][3]。

地理环境[edit]

镇域土地总面积约126平方千米，境内平均海拔约540米，气候温和，四季分明[4]。镇政府距寿宁县城约10公里，向东去浙江省泰顺县约30公里[2]。双湖二级公路穿过十个行政村[4]。

经济[edit]

茶叶是镇内的传统产业，博雅地名网载有「博韵」「煮英」等茶叶品牌[2]。镇内还出产水果、板栗、毛竹和太子参，矿产以白云石、叶腊石和金属镁为主[4]。

名胜古迹[edit]

省级文物保护单位有南阳村的报祖祠大殿，2001年1月公布[6][7]；有含溪村的中共闽东特委含溪旧址，2009年11月公布为省级文物保护单位[8][9]。县级文物保护单位有南阳村的岳阳桥，2003年2月公布[10]。

含溪村的中共闽东特委含溪旧址所在地，1935年5月在此召开会议，重新组建中共闽东特委[8]。

文化[edit]

南阳镇于2014年7月被确定为全国重点镇，2022年12月被命名为2022年福建省卫生乡镇[2]。

著名人物[edit]

叶秀蕃（1904年至1935年）、范式人（1909年至1986年）等人曾在镇内从事革命活动。叶秀蕃在山坑村开展活动[2][11]；范式人在含溪会议后担任闽东特委委员[8]。
