楼下村位于斜滩镇东部，以斜滩溪为界，村内有6个自然村，分布较散。村中猕猴桃种植是近年的主要产业。民国年间，闽东一家商号“复兴信记”的店址就设在本村的楼下街。[1][2][3]

据家谱史料，民国年间，商号“复兴信记”设在楼下街，置有40多艘斜滩槽。这些船只往来于福安赛岐一带，运送土特产、布匹与海产等。[1]

经济[edit]

村中地层含硒与锌较多，适合种植猕猴桃。2016年，村民巫家福回乡创办寨顶岗猕猴桃基地，目前基地逾1000亩，品种有红心、金艳、黄金果等。[1]

文化[edit]

村中老人夏阿领于2016年用纯手工技艺造出两艘斜滩槽，他在2020年成为寿宁县首批非遗代表性传承人。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年，本村获评市级文明村镇。[1]
