茗溪社区是福建省宁德市寿宁县鳌阳镇下辖的社区，位于镇西部，距旧城区约1.5公里，平均海拔779米。[1]
2019年，经县政府批复，撤销茗溪村民委员会，设立茗溪社区居民委员会。社区名称源自溪中涌出的清泉，《寿宁县志》对此有所记述。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
后唐应顺元年（934年），建州太守陈汉唐携家眷定居茗溪，数年后迁居三峰山。陈姓是此地迁居最早的姓氏。[1]
茗溪曾设大队，即1958年8月设立的茗溪大队；1984年起称鳌阳镇茗溪村委会，2019年以后则为茗溪社区。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]
2021年11月，福建省爱卫办命名社区为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
