寿山村位于屏南县东部，是寿山乡的乡政府驻地，宁屏二级公路由村中穿过。村内留有五十余幢明清古建筑，2014年列入中国传统村落名录。[1][3][4]

历史沿革[edit]

关于村落的开基年代，各家说法不一：博雅地名网称始建于明初，迄今五百多年；百度百科则称开基于元末明初。据博雅地名网所载，明初苏氏一支从附近的厚福洋迁到观寿兜，开荒造田，结寮而居，此后渐成村落。[1][2][3]

村名旧称“观寿兜”，也有“官树兜”一说，后改为寿山。[1][3]

行政归属几经变动：1949年属第二区寿山乡，1953年改属第四区寿山乡，1958年归双溪公社寿山大队，1961年又称寿山大队。1984年起设为寿山乡寿山村民委员会，地名沿用至今。[1]

村落四周山峰环抱，海拔高度说法不一，博雅地名网载为851米，百度百科载为758米。村内耕地2533亩，其中水田1125.92亩、旱地494.6亩。[1][2][3]

人口民族[edit]

博雅地名网载全村总人口1435人、318户，百度百科载户籍人口1510人，两处均未注明年份。姓氏以苏氏为主。[1][3]

文化[edit]

村中留存五十余幢明清古建筑。近年当地修缮并活化利用古民居，古街上设有邮驿文化主题馆等。[4]

百度百科载，村内拥有省级非物质文化遗产乱弹戏和市级非物质文化遗产八音嗽语，并保留茶盐古道文化遗址。[3]

2023年10月，寿山村列入「2023年福建省“金牌旅游村”名单」；2025年3月，被认定为「福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村旁有蝙蝠洞、天柱岩景区。百度百科称村内有清代牌匾、古建筑群和革命遗址。[2][3]
