罗沙洋村是屏南县路下乡的行政村。村北接凤林村，南侧为长桥镇远丘村，东面是屏城乡里汾溪村，西面为长桥镇前里坪村，周边共涉及三个乡镇的四个村。村距县城24公里，是路下乡通往屏南县城的必经之路。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
旧传建村时拾得一块罗纱，村边有一片较平坦的土地，于是取名罗纱洋。2019年，村名改写为罗沙洋。[1]
1957年以前，村子属于第一区的罗纱洋乡。1958年至1962年隶属长桥公社罗纱洋大队；1963年起归路下公社管辖；1984年建立路下乡罗纱洋村委会。[2]
地理环境[edit]
村庄地处四面群山环抱的小盆地，一条小溪由北向南流过，把村落分成东西两边。村域土地约13000余亩，耕地为997亩。[2]
人口[edit]
全村161户700人口，划为6个生产小组。村内有一个自然村垅边，聚居的是同一姓氏。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
村内尚存画龙雕刻花厝五座和石大门六座。村中祠堂正面高挂「四知堂」匾额，祠内另有旗杆石和多块举人、文魁匾额。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2019年6月，罗沙洋村列入第五批中国传统村落名录；2023年2月，村入选「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村」名单；2024年2月，被确定为「第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇」创建对象。[1][2]
