凤林村是屏南县路下乡东部的行政村，村中山林广阔。村名的来历是这样的：清乾隆元年，杨姓先人在此建村，初名杨厝里；后因村后山形似凤，山上林木繁茂，村在山前，改称凤林。[1][2]

清乾隆元年，杨姓人家在此建村，起名杨厝里。后因村后的山形似凤，山上林木繁茂，改称凤林。[1]

建国前，此地属第一区的凤林乡。长桥公社时期（1958年至1962年），村里设凤林大队；此后并入路下公社。因棠口公社也有一个凤林大队，本村于1981年改称前凤林大队，1984年又定名路下乡前凤林村委会。2019年10月，依据屏南县人民政府发布的行政村名标准用字通告，改称凤林村委会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域面积共44279亩，耕地4421亩，林地占去绝大部分，其中39858亩为有林地。[1]

人口[edit]

全村336户、1362人。村民外出的足迹远至福州、霞浦、古田、建瓯、建阳，也有人去往香港、台湾以及马来西亚、新加坡等地。[1][2]

文化[edit]

清道光、咸丰年间，凤林村文风兴盛，有「屏南四书乡」之称。村中庠生19名之外，还有贡生2人、举人2人，以及钦赐进士2名；民间并有「七廪十八贡」之说。[2]

姓氏宗族[edit]

村中杨姓以杨仁寿为始祖，据称其先人来自河南，已在此开基逾千年。杨氏宗祠于1799年10月27日始建，1848年又经重修，2005年8月15日再度整修。[2]

经济[edit]

村民培训种植反季节蔬菜，饲养仿野生山羊，并利用石材、板栗和竹木等资源。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，凤林村入选「2020年度福建省一村一品示范村」名单（食用菌）；2021年11月，被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
