地名由来[edit]
村庄不大，建在田洋边，旁边种有梨树。村名旧称秀丽洋，后雅化为小梨洋。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村落面积约1.6平方公里，辖一个芹山自然村，共11个村民小组。村北的地名为山头岗，此处有特色油柰园约300亩。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
甘国宝故居始建于明崇祯八年（1635年），坐北朝南，由门亭、大厅、观鱼池和花园组成，占地约373平方米，主厅为两层。该建筑2001年列为县级文物保护单位，2009年升为福建省第七批省级文物保护单位。[4]
村内还有甘国宝祖墓四穴，以及位于村水尾、建筑三层的甘国宝读书楼。村中央的八卦亭为练武场所。[2]
文化遗产与荣誉[edit]
小梨洋村在2020年12月纳入福建省第一批高级版绿盈乡村名单；2021年11月，村子获评福建省卫生村，评定单位为福建省爱卫办。[1]
